The UFC Bantamweight champion Renan Barao would be willing to fight his fellow Brazilian Marlon Moraes who holds the WSOF Bantamweight title. Although they are friends and have trained together for a while, Barao said this Wednesday in a UFC media day in Sao Paulo that he wouldn't avoid this fight, if Moraes signed with the UFC and got the title shot:
We are friends but I don't see any problem fighting him. I don't even think about that now because he's in other organization. But, if this fight ends up happening, we'll put our friendship aside and go toe to toe.
Barao, though, thinks differently about facing someone who he daily train together at Nova Uniao, like Eduardo Dantas, the Bellator bantamweight champion:
Dudu (Dantas) is my brother, we are always together. I would never fight against him or anyone of Nova Uniao.
