The event, which runs from July 1st-6th in the home of the promotion usually includes a Fan Expo and one big UFC event. This time, they're going to hold two events on the same weekend. Here's some info from the press release:

The weeklong celebration for fans around the world returns with its biggest plans yet and something for everyone including entertainment, dining, arts, charitable events, shopping and, of course, all things UFC. The event will also feature for the first-time ever, two huge fight cards in one weekend in the UFC's hometown of Las Vegas - UFC 175 and The Ultimate Fighter® 19 Finale and multiple events offered around town every day.
Both events will take place in the same arena, the Mandalay Bay Events Center, on back-to-back days. UFC 175 will go down on Saturday, July 5th, and the TUF Finale will go down Sunday, July 6th.
No bouts have been confirmed for either event as of yet, but the TUF 19 Finale main event is likely a bout between the coaches, Frankie Edgar and B.J. Penn. This will be their third fight, with Edgar taking the first two at lightweight. It will also be Penn's debut at 145 pounds.
