UFC 171 results: Carlos Condit vs. Tyron Woodley full fight video highlights

Check out video highlights of the UFC 171 co-main event welterweight bout between Tyron Woodley and Carlos Condit.

In the co-main event of UFC 171, two top welterweights competed for a possible shot at the 170-pound title. Unfortunately, an injury brought the bout to a conclusion just as things were starting to roll. Carlos Condit blew out his knee on a Tyron Woodley takedown, and once he got up, a kick that knocked him off balance caused the knee to give out. The ref was forced to jump in and award Woodley the fight.

You can read my play-by-play of the bout below, or check out the video highlights above.

Round 2 - Leg kick from Condit. Head kick from Condit. Big right from Woodley. Takedown from Woodley. The ref stood it up after about 35 seconds of inactivity. It looked like Condit was hurt on the takedown. Woodley landed a heavy kick to Condit's leg and when he tried to re-balance himself on the other leg, his collapsed in pain. It appears that he blew out his knee. The ref stopped it immediately.
