Hello friends, I'm a recreational muay thai/BJJ practitioner, but train fairly regularly (upwards of 5 times a week). In the last 3 months or so I've been finding that it's really taking a toll on my body -- I'm in a constant state of muscle pain, as my body seems to be always in recovery mode. I'm 29, eat very clean (lots of vegetables and fish), usually get at least 7 hours of sleep a night and take a vegan protein supplement post-workout. I'm not sparring particularly hard either. Anyone have any tips to help with recovery? Am I just getting old? Do I need TRT? I probably need TRT, right? Thanks in advance.
