What's up BE-ers. Beers?

Uh...

What's up? Did you enjoy the MMA 3-Way featuring myself, Dallas Winston, and Zane Simon's luscious locks? If so, you're in luck, because Zane (who I've been told is the Ryan Gosling of Bloody Elbow) joined me once again for a breakdown of UFC 169, an event that, despite mixed response, we both enjoyed quite a lot. Even better, this time there's no actual video of Zane, so you won't have to pause the episode every twenty minutes or so to stifle your jealousy.

Topics covered include the reasons behind Al Iaquinta's mixed success, the deep-seated insecurity that (probably) causes Abel Trujillo to fight the way he does, and the foolishness of so-called MMA "fans" who fail to recognize the greatness of Jose Aldo. Shame on you!

So let me know what you think, and enjoy the show!
