Heavy Hands Episode 12: Wilson Pitts Interview

Heavy-hands-itunes-1024x1024_medium

A few weeks ago I sat down with Wilson Pitts, trainer extraordinaire of both boxing and Bagua Kung Fu, to talk about the ways in which those two martial arts overlap, and how principles from both can be better applied to MMA. Now Heavy Hands finally brings you this belated interview with one of the most knowledgable trainers around.

For those of you who heard our interview with Lyte Burly, New York's premier practitioner of 52 Blocks and the trainer of some impressive young amateur boxers, Wilson is the man who trained him. Neither Lyte nor Luis Monda, one of our other popular guests, can say enough good things about this man. I hope you enjoy the interview!
