Heavy Hands 10: UFC 168 Recap feat. Juice Lee

Heavy-hands-itunes-1024x1024_medium

Hey! Heavy Hands is back.

We're kicking off 2014 with a recap of the gruesome main event of UFC 168. In addition, we discuss the improving skills of Michael Johnson, and absurdly compare Ronda Rousey and Miesha Tate to Pokemon (hint: Judo throw is SUPER EFFECTIVE).

I make an admirable attempt to keep things focused on the techniques and strategies in the fights, but it's not easy being an MMA Geek.

My co-host Corey and I are joined in our recap by Cincinnati's own Juice Lee, a remarkable man with unstoppable flow and a huge appreciation for the martial arts. In fact, Juice was the one who got Corey into MMA way back when, and Corey was the one who first got me into combat sports, so if you like my articles, you've got Juice to thank.

We hope you enjoy this first episode after our collective holiday break, and here's to many more for the rest of 2014.

Cheers!
