Heavy Hands Episode One

BE's own Connor Ruebusch and friend Corey Meyer begin their foray into MMA podcasting with this, Heavy Hands, a podcast dedicated to technical analysis... and jokes about Bomberman. Join us for an hour an a half of UFC-related banter and breakdowns, which is just one fifth of the time we usually spend bullshitting about similar topics.

Oh, and please give us your critiques. This is our first go at podcasting, so we could use your advice. Anything you can think of. Too long? Too loud? Too much MMA? Our ears are open and we're willing to change. We love you.

Next week should feature an interview with boxing trainer Luis Monda, who manages Johnny Tocco's Gym in Las Vegas and trains a number of promising amateurs, and a whole lot of talk about the upcoming superfight between the legendary Floyd Mayweather Jr. and potential legend Saul "Canelo" Alvarez. We hope you'll join us!
