Another prime featherweight fight has been added to the UFC's annual year-end show in December. European fighter Dennis Siver will face off with Manny Gamburyan in a bout that could see the winner likely jump into the crowded title 145-pound title picture. The bout was recently confirmed by UFC officials.
Siver (21-9) is coming off third-round TKO loss to Cub Swanson at UFC 162. The loss was Siver's first in his three bouts at featherweight thus far, and brought his overall UFC record to 10-6. He has earned six performance bonuses in his UFC career.
Gamburyan (13-7), a former WEC featherweight title challenger, rebounded from two straight losses to start his most recent UFC run by winning two in a row. The last came in a controversial fight with Cole Miller at UFC Fight Night 26 in August.
