Anderson Silva, the best fighter the UFC has ever seen and perhaps the best fighter the world has ever seen, lost last night. He went out in the crazy unbelievably reckless fashion that so many of us have become accostomed to during his reign. Some decried the fight as a work, a fluke, or an embarrassment to the sport. So too we're his wins written off by a vocal minority in such a dismissive fashion.
The reign of Anderson may be over for good and it feels like everything has changed, and yet nothing has changed at all. I've loved evey second of it either way
