Former UFC and Strikeforce Welterweight Paul Daley beat Lukasz Chlewicki by TKO at Cage Warriors 57 when the cage side physician stopped the bout after one round.

Paul Daley stopped Lukasz Chlewicki after one round at Cage Warriors 57 tonight in the UK. The bout was stopped by the ringside physician following the first round when Chlewicki was unable to continue. Daley took home his 4th straight stoppage win since losing to Kazuo Misaki in Strikeforce.

"We knew he was a tough fighter and we knew some of the stuff he was going to do was difficult," said the 30-year-old Daley (33-12-2). "But I knew when we got in the clinch I'd be able to hit those short elbows and some of the things we've trained to do."

Daley is signed to fight for Bellator in the U.S. but legal issues have prevented him from securing a visa to fight in this country.
