Cain Velasquez predicts that Junior dos Santos will beat Mark Hunt at UFC 160

The current UFC heavyweight champion makes his prediction for the UFC 160 co-main event fight.

UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez will have his hands full when he takes on Antonio Silva for the second time in the main event of UFC 160. He did an interview with MMA Fighting where he talked about his title defense, and also commented on the co-main event bout between Junior dos Santos and Mark Hunt. If Velasquez beats Silva again, he could very well face the winner of JDS/Hunt. He shared his thought on the matchup, and gave a prediction:

"Both Junior and Mark have heavy hands, have good stand up. [Hunt winning] could happen. Either one could win in this fight just because of both scenarios, both guys having good hands and being good on their feet. If he beats Junior, or Junior beats him, both of those guys deserve the shot at the title .

So what's his final pick?

"Junior. He's more well-rounded. I don't know, I just think he's more skilled in the stand up a little bit."

Cain and Dos Santos have already fought twice, with each man taking one win. A third bout between the two is likely the best heavyweight fight that could be made at the moment, and UFC 160 will decide if that happens. Hunt and Silva will do their best to derail that though.
