I like the idea of Wandy finishing his career with super fights at 205. My impression is that the weight cut to middleweight severely affects his performance as he looked slower against Cung Le and Franklin than he did against Stann. Hendo fights at 205 without cutting but still remains competitive, although it remains to be seen if he will ever get another title shot at 205. The two going at it in Japan is an ideal match-up, and I feel like this is how the UFC needs to use former champions and legends of the sport. Make them the main event on free cards in huge venues. Even if this isn't a title fight, I think it would generate just as much interest for free TV.
If Hunt isn't able to beat JDS or even if he is, this would be a huge fight to make in Japan and another excellent main/co-main for another UFC on FUEL-type event. Both fighters have huge followings in Japan, and this is exactly the type of striker-vs-striker match-up (between two K-1 champions, no less) that is guaranteed entertainment. If the title picture shifts around and one of these men becomes the champion, then this is instant PPV.
