The next UFC PPV is on Memorial Day weekend and it's shaping up to be a barn burner. Heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez defends his belt against Antonio Silva in the main event, while Junior Dos Santos fights Mark Hunt in the co-main event.
Velasquez and Bigfoot fought last year in a non-title fight, and Cain essentially painted Bigfoot's face with his own blood. This is a rematch made out of necessity after Bigfoot pulled off an incredible KO against Alistair Overeem at UFC 156.
JDS, who lost his belt to Velasquez at UFC 155, is fighting Mark Hunt instead of Alistair Overeem because Overeem is out with an injury. Hunt could very well get a title shot if he can earn another upset, but I definitely wouldn't rule out the possibility of Chael Sonnen fighting the Cain/Bigfoot winner.
In the video above you can see the 30 second promotional trailer, which assures us (through Joe Rogan's soundbite) that we are seeing the real Cain Velasquez and not some impostor known as "Kane Vaskez". Mark Hunt apparently does hit hard, and JDS also hits hard, but we must add the rhetorical question of "How good was that?" by Mike Goldberg.
