UFC On Fox 7 preview with Ariel Helwani and Dave Meltzer

Take a look at Meltzer's take on Saturday night's event. He covers the expected ratings, Cormier's next step, and gives his fight picks.

UFC On Fox 7 will be here in just a few short hours. Throughout fight week many have been calling it the most stacked card of the year so far. Topped by a Lightweight champion vs. champion fight and backed by a very high profile Heavyweight contest, it's hard to argue those claims. On top of that, the whole main card, and much of the preliminary card, carries the UFC vs. Strikeforce theme.

Getting ready for the event, Ariel Helwani interviewed Dave Meltzer. They cover a full bevy of topics including: the potential ratings for the broadcast, what's next for the winner of Ben Henderson vs. Gilbert Melendez, whether or not Daniel Cormier can make 205 lbs. after he fights Frank Mir, and more.

Tune in Saturday night at 8 pm ET (5 pm PT) for UFC On Fox 7. Ben Henderson will fight Gilbert Melendez for the Lightweight title in the main event. Frank Mir will welcome Daniel Cormier to the Octagon in the night's co-main. Before that, the prelims will air at 5 pm ET where Chad Mendes faces Darren Elkins in the feature bout.
