The Steady Growth of Bellator's LHW Division

It wasn't that long ago that Bellator's LHW divison was laughable at best.
Their champion was handily beaten in a non title affair by lifetime journeyman, Travis Wiuff,
and promising prospects were few and far between.

Today, They have Atilla Vegh, Vladimir Matyushenko, Mo Lawal, Seth Petruzelli, and Renato Sobral.
They also have promising prospects in Emmanuel Newton, Jacob Noe, and Mikhail Zayats.

My question: What other promising LHW prospects are out there that Bellator would have a legitimate shot at signing?
