Clint Hester demolished Bristol Marunde with a standing elbow in the third round of The Ultimate Fighter 17 Finale prelim bout. Photographer Esther Lin captured the action in a brilliant pair of photos.

The Ultimate Fighter 17 contestant Clint Hester made up for losing to Jimmy Quinlan in the opening round of the reality show by scoring an incredible standing elbow KO on Bristol Marunde on the preliminary card of The Ultimate Fighter 17 Finale.

SBN Photographer Esther Lin caught the strike and Marunde's awkward fall in a brilliant pair of photos.

Here's Brent Brookhouse's description of the action from the Bloody Elbow play-by-play of the TUF 17 Finale prelims:

Round 3 - Marunde looking for a single leg and Hester sprawls well again. Big knee by Hester to the body and Marunde is looking for the takedown again. Hester lands a big elbow and Marunde goes down and this one is over. Hester has a lot of improving to do, but he's got some good raw skills. Clint Hester wins by TKO (elbow), round 3.
