The folks at HBO always do a great job getting you ready for their fights, and Donaire vs. Rigondeaux is no exception. Here, check out the full video of Road to Donaire-Rigondeaux, as HBO checks out the camps of both fighters. Neither Donaire or Rigondeaux have the big, boastful personalities of a Floyd Mayweather, so there aren't a lot of fireworks or back and forth exchanges to this episode. Still, it's well worth a look as it gives a nice insight into each boxer's mind. Plus Donaire receives a "random" visit from VADA - I'm not doubting that Donaire does receive random visits, but it certainly seems a bit convenient for this particular one to be caught on tape by HBO.
One highlight comes from each man talking about his role as a family man. Rigondeaux has a son and family he left behind in Cuba, while Donaire has a baby on the way. Both fighters talk about the importance of family, and their visions for their children to be world champions of their own one day. For MMA fans, it's an interesting reminder of the kind of deep, generational roots boxing claims.
