Hey guys, my names Peter and I am a junior at Texas A&M University. I have always watched and followed MMA and UFC and I have to do a project for my Sports Nutrition class for a sports competition. I am doing a MMA fighter and have to design a training program for them starting 4 weeks before the competition. I also have to create a nutrition program for the same time period. I am not familiar with exactly the specifics on training or nutrition techniques. If I could get some help in what typical fighters do to prepare for a fight and also how they lose up to 15 lbs of water weight before a fight for weigh ins that would be great. Anything will help.
