Tuesday night, and it's week 7 of UFC's The Ultimate Fighter: Team Jones vs. Team Sonnen. TUF airs at 9 p.m. ET tonight on FX. As always, we'll have live discussion here on Bloody Elbow.
Up this week is a big fight for Team Jones. Coach Jon Jones made the pick thanks to Josh Samman's win last week, and opted to send his #1 fighter Clint Hester in. Hester takes on Chael Sonnen's #5 Jimmy Quinlan. With the end of the quarterfinals drawing near, this is an important fight for Team Jones.
The other big selling point for this week? Hooters. The guys take a trip to the Vegas Hooters to promote their Ultimate Fighter viewing parties and "enjoy a meal." Because remember, everyone goes to Hooters for the wings. In all honestly, with this season's more professional seeming cast, this will probably be a fine segment and not the debacle it would have been if, say, Junie Browning had been unleashed on a Hooters midseason.
