Jiu Jitsu seminar......questions.

Where to start......

For those of you who are interested, and don't already know, apparently Renzo Gracie is opening up a gym in Portland, Oregon, right across from my hometown, and name sake, Vancouver. As part of the promotional build up to the opening, they are hosting a couple of free seminars next week, in Vancouver. Unfortunately, I doubt Renzo will be there, but I'm sure there will be at least one really high quality instructor there.

Which leads me to......

I trained BJJ for about 9 or 10 months, that was like 2 or 3 years (a long time) ago. So, I'm not good, I'm not in shape, I'm not sure if I even know where my gi is. But, its free Jiu Jitsu, likely at a high level, so I want to go. It sounds like, from the Facebook post about it, which is all the info I've been able to find about it, like its going to be a pretty relaxed and not entirely organized event.

What I need.....

Pointers. Tips. Advice. Anything you have to offer.

Also, it sounds like Gi and No Gi are welcome, I've never done anything sans gi, I was thinking about attending 1 seminar in a Gi and 1 without, which leads to another question..... What, exactly, is proper No Gi attire?

Thank you all for anything you can provide.
