(SPOILERS)

Hey all,

So now since most of us have seen tonight's episode of The Ultimate Fighter and the absolutely brutal KO that Uriah Hall delivered, I'd figure I'd give some peace of mind to those who are worried about Adam Cella and his health.

Before getting on The Ultimate Fighter, Cella actually trained and fought at the gym I go to (Finney's MMA). I can happily say that Adam is 100% healthy and not suffering from any medical repercussions since coming back home to STL. He's actually been talking up this season a lot and even held a viewing party in downtown St. Louis with a bunch of people from our gym (obviously knowing the outcome).

I just wanted to write this to let everyone know he's doing just fine and remembers everything. It seemed like a lot of people, including myself, in the live thread seemed worried about the aftermath. He may post on his Facebook his thoughts on it, and if he does I'll update this post.
