After hosting a show in Kuala Lumpur this past weekend, ONE Fighting Championship will once again return to their home base of Singapore for their next event this April. Their 8th show dubbed as "Kings & Champions" will be headlined by Kotetsu Boku as he looks to make the first defense of his ONE FC title against Shinya Aoki.

Aside from the lightweight title fight, two more bouts have been added to the card that is already starting to shape up nicely. As announced by the top Asian MMA promotion, talented lightweight prospect Eddie Ng (5-1) will try to go 3-0 in ONE FC as he takes on the always entertaining fighter in Arnaud Lepont (9-2).

Coming back from an injury, "The Magician" burst into the Asian MMA scene in 2011, taking him less than 90 seconds to defeat 2 opponents in the promotion. The Malaysian-based French fighter in Lepont on the other hand, will be looking to rebound from his submission loss to Ng's teammate in Aoki last October. This would be Lepont's 3rd straight opponent from the Evolve MMA camp, with him going 1-1, with a win over Brian Choi.

Also set to be competing on the card are two top notch bantamweights looking to rebound from suffering somewhat surprising losses in their last bouts. Reliable sources close to the fighters have informed BloodyElbow.com that former ONE FC number 1 contender, Leandro Issa (10-3) will be taking on powerhouse wrestler, Yusup Saadulaev (9-2).

Both bantamweights have been on a tear on the bantamweight division until they both recently suffered upset victories against talented and younger fighters in Soo Chul Kim and Kevin Belingon respectively. That being said, it's still an important bout for the division and definitely an intriguing match up that pits a BJJ World Champion and a high level Russian wrestler.
