Hoboken youth wrestling coach caught masturbating outside youth tournament

According to Capt. Thomas Salcedo of the Hackensack Police Department, Hackensack High School was hosting a regional tournament for wrestlers between the ages of six and 14 over the weekend. At around 1:15 p.m. on Sunday, 28-year-old Brandon Kinney ducked into a hallway adjacent to the gym and began to pleasure himself, Salcedo said.
