The feature bout for the UFC 168 FS1 prelims saw Middleweight TUF 1 veteran Chris Leben taking on TUF 17 runner up Uriah Hall. Hall caught Leben early with a flying knee, then again in the closing seconds of the first round with a right hand that led to the end of the fight.
Uriah Hall hit a flying knee right at the opening bell, but Leben was able to get right up. As is his wont, Leben came forward looking for the big shot. Hall was hesitant on the feet. He opened a cut under Leben's right eye, but he was hitting only single shots, no combination. Leben with some good leg kicks. Hall working elbows on the feet between straight shots. Late in the round, Hall caught Leben with a straight right. Leben was out and taking shots, but the bell saved him. Between rounds Leben said he couldn't continue and the fight ended.
