UFC Fight Night 31, also known as Fight for the Troops 3, has a new main event. When Lyoto Machida was shifted from this card to the main event of UFC Fight Night 30 to replace Michael Bisping, Tim Kennedy was left without an opponent. He now has one, but it might not be a bout that a lot of fans would consider worthy of a main event. UFC Tonight's twitter account has the news via Fox Sports:
Rafael Natal (17-4-1) is currently on a three-fight win streak, the last coming over Tor Troeng at UFC Fight Night 28 last month. He's 5-2-1 overall in the UFC, and was expected to face Ed Herman at UFC 167. Apparently that's not the case now, and they'll try to find a new opponent for Herman.
Despite the short notice, the November 6th headliner will still be a five-round bout.
