UFC heavyweight Pat Barry is one of the most popular guys in the UFC. Besides delivering knockouts in the octagon, he always brings the funny in and out of the cage as well. The latest case of it was last night at Invicta FC 4, though it might have been a bit unintentional. Barry's girlfriend Rose Namajunas was making her MMA debut against Emily Kagan and HD was providing advice from ringside. In the most animated way possible.
The video above (via MMA Madhouse) documents Barry's frenzied instructions and how he was spazzing out when anything happened. All the people around him are laughing, which adds to the scene. He completely loses it when Namajunas locks up the fight-winning submission late in the third round. Check it out.
