UFC's Dana White claims he nearly booked Fedor vs. Brock in Cowboys Stadium

Dana White told Ariel Helwani that the UFC is headed for Russia then drops a blockbuster. Apparently the UFC nearly booked Fedor Emelianenko vs. Brock Lesnar for Cowboys Stadium but it all fell apart when Fedor's dad died.

MMA Fighting's Ariel Helwani spoke to UFC president Dana White at the media scrum following the post-fight press conference for UFC on Fox 6: Johnson vs. Dodson and White made a pair of interesting claims about Russia and the UFC.

First, White told Helwani he expects the UFC to debut in Russia this year.

Secondly he revealed that last year he had nearly booked Brock Lesnar vs. Fedor Emelianenko to fight in a UFC bout in Cowboys Stadium.
