Days after Goldie's absence from UFC 155, UFC president Dana White still doesn't know when he'll return.

Just before the UFC 155 weigh-ins, MMA fans got a big surprise when it was announced that Mike Goldberg would not be doing commentary for the event. It was originally reported that illness kept Goldberg from the booth for Saturday's event, but moments later it was revealed he was "taking some time off".

Three days later and the UFC isn't giving any more details to the story. On Tuesday, MMA Weekly reported White's latest statement on Goldberg's situation.

Goldie’s out for a while and I don’t know when he’ll be back

In the meantime, Jon Anik is expected to join Joe Rogan in the broadcast booth until Goldie returns. Anik joined the UFC team in October of 2011. Since then he's been teaming up mostly with former Lightweight and Featherweight contender Kenny Florian for the UFC On Fuel TV events.
