I'm going to go ahead and use the dreaded "slow news day" on this one. Frankie Edgar released his first video blog for his upcoming UFC 156 bout with Jose Aldo and there's not really much to it. For some reason it was recorded on December 22 but wasn't posted until the 31st, so we get a "Merry Christmas" wish and a shot of his tree and...not much else.

But still, it's worth noting that Edgar will be doing these video blogs leading up to the fight and hopefully we get something more interesting out of them as it goes forward. He does throw in a little something at the end of the video about how people have another thing coming if they think he won't get out of the first two rounds.
