Thanks Jon Jones

Last weekend, I should have been watching a UFC. Last weekend, I would have gladly paid $55 to watch Jon Jones beat up an old man. Last weekend, I would have paid $55 to watch Jon Jones finish the scraps that Anderson Silva left of Chael Sonnen. Last weekend, I would not have paid $55 to watch UFC 151 without Jon Jones in the main event.

The new UFC 152, is the first really stacked card for the UFC in a while, and for that, the UFC has finally done me the service of saving me $55 and made one kick ass card. The UFC has been putting on too many fights, the fights that are great are diluted by other UFC events shortly before and after the big, important events. For me, there hasn't been an excellent card on paper since UFC 136. UFC 152 will run after a good gap since a previous UFC event which leaves it time to build the event up. I personally can not wait for Jon Jones to smash Vitor Belfort - Two Jesus Freaks punching each other in the face ... what could be more entertaining? I can't wait for Mighty Mouse vs. Benevidez. I really can't wait for Bisping vs. Stann.

Quit complaining fans, Jon Jones did you a favor.
