Some of you may or may not have known there was some MMA this afternoon. Well, here I am to bring it to you. Today we have Aleksander Emelianenko vs Konstantin Gluhov at M-1 Challenge 34. Emelianenko boast a 20-5 record and Gluhov sporting a 20-9 MMA record plus a 29-11 kickboxing record.
Emelianenko has reportedly had health issues that prevent him from fighting in the U.S., but the Russian authorities do not seem to be as concerned. Rumors have swirled that Aleks is positive for Hepatitis C, an incurable condition that does serious, sometimes fatal, harm to the liver. The disease can be transmitted by exposure to blood of an infected person.
