UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones did the rounds at ESPN a couple of days ago to promote his UFC 152 title fight with Vitor Belfort. He appeared on SportsCenter and First Take, and did quite a good job of being professional while still showing a lot of personality. ESPN issued another video that is basically a "behind the scenes" look at a media day in the life of Jones, which you can watch below.
It shows him getting a question wrong about his brothers (he claims it was because he was still waking up), doing a segment on First Take, on the phone for an ESPN UK podcast, doing the macarena, naming which of his brother's teams (Ravens or Patriots) is better, and much more. It's an interesting look at what athletes have to go through when they're in the media spotlight.
