The betting lines for two of the top three bouts at UFC 153 opened over the weekend, and one might be a bit of a surprise. Glover Teixeira opened at -185 for his bout with Quinton Jackson, but the early money all came in on Teixiera to push him up to the -220 mark. The other line sees Vitor Belfort as a mild favorite over Alan Belcher in their middleweight battle. Check the current lines (via BestFightOdds.com):
Remember, these represent the best possible lines on each side. Teixeira is as high as -260 already on a couple of sites. The Belcher/Belfort line hasn't moved that much since it opened, but right now I think that's a great line on Belfort. I don't see many ways he loses that fight, and anything under -200 seems pretty solid to me.
Oh, and I'm betting on Rampage.
