Mauricio Rua didn't earn a fight with Jon Jones tonight, that honor goes to Lyoto Machida after his knockout of Ryan Bader, but he did give us another memorable fight in a career full of them when he stopped Brandon Vera in the fourth round of their UFC on Fox 4 main event.

Round 4 - Elbow lands for Vera early. Rua moving backward. Now Rua pushes him to the cage and lands some knees. Vera with a knee to the thigh. A lot of holding against the cage. Shogun with some good shots and finally Vera is down! Shogun keeps going and finally the fight is stopped. Mauricio "Shogun" Rua wins by TKO (punches), round 4.
