In only her 6th MMA fight, Ronda Rousey defends her Bantamweight title for the first time tonight against Sarah Kaufman. In completely predictable fashion, Rousey grabbed the clinch early to bring Kaufman to the ground . As soon as the the ground battle ensued, Ronda attacked the arm with every thing she had. Kaufman used her own BJJ acumen to defend the joint lock as best she could, but was forced to succumb to the submission shortly after.

As the face of Women's MMA, Ronda Rousey may have one of the most incredible records in the sport. In each of her six fights, Rousey has submitted every opponent by armbar in the first five minutes. Another of tonight's competitors Miesha Tate performed the best against Rousey, lasting into the fourth minute. Rousey capped off her performance tonight by calling out Strikeforce's Featherweight champion Cristiane Santos.
