Live Blog! Results and Pics of Muay Thai Tonight in Atlantic City

This is from Corey Braiterman who's on hiatus for the weekend.

Evening, because I love you so much, I figured you guys should get some free combat sports coverage as well. Tonight night, Saturday, August 11th, Take On Productions is running a 14-fight card from Bally's Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. I will be there live and will be liveblogging results (and hopefully some good pictures) all evening. Normally, I would stick to my regular haunt for this sort of thing over at Gals Guide, but let's face it, Bloody Elbow, Mania and Liverkick have plenty more eyes, and these awesome young fighters deserve all the publicity I can give them. So with that said, I'll be posting live results in the fanposts here on Mania along with any good pictures I can take, starting at 6PM.

I understand that this is going to be running at the same time as UFC 150, so I don't expect you all to be hanging onto my every word, but Muay Thai boxing is one of the best combat sports out there, especially for those of you who dislike all that rasslin and grabbin and such. If you can multi-task, this should be a great event.

If you do want to watch the event, it's available from gfl.tv for $14.99 and runs from 6-10PM. The link for that is here: http://www.gfl.tv/Events/Fight/MuayThai/Battle_at_Ballys_II__Takeon_Productions/1623

Here's the complete bout listing for both the men and women, amateur and pro:

EDIT: Sup, Mania. We're about an hour or two away from this shindig kicking off. I'm in press row, about 8 feet from the ring, so I should be getting some great shots.

I probably won't have too much time to check in on the comments, but I'll be updating every time I get an opportunity.
