Former Pride and Strikeforce champion Dan Henderson is the next guy to take his shot at toppling UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones, and he seems pretty confident he can do exactly that at UFC 151. MMA Heat spoke to Hendo about Jones about how he'll approach the fight with the champ, and made a statement about Jones' popularity (or lack thereof):

"For some reason, a lot of fans don't like him and they're just wanting him to lose. I'll gladly step in and fill that role for them. Overall, what you want to do with almost anybody (is close the distance) unless you want to stay outside, but for me that's pretty much what I like to do and I just have to make sure that I'm able to do it against Jon Jones and his reach. I don't know (if he can take a punch). Hopefully he'll take a few."

Will Jones be a bit vulnerable after having to deal with some legal issues of late? Is Hendo the type of guy that offers up a good stylistic challenge to Bones? You can catch the whole interview after the jump.
