What moment in your fighters career cemented them as your personal favourite ? I'm sure many of you have fond memories of Pride, maybe some of you are big Bendo fans and picked up your love for him there, or in the UFC ?

For example, my favourite fighter is Anderson Silva. I got into the sport during the build up to UFC 97, Shogun vs Liddell. I had played the demo for the game, started watching videos on YouTube, and after the event happened heard Shogun had won, which was amazing to me because as a casual I had only heard of Chuck, so assumed he was the best. As I got more and more into the sport, I watched UFC 97 in its entirety. At the head of this card was Silva vs Leites, which many of you hate. What I saw however, was a fighter who was terrified of standing with this Silva dude, and saw Silva showboat and control the entire bout. I continued to watch his other fights, slowly building my admiration for him. At this point I was impressed with Silva enough that he was my favourite MMA fighter, but I think he became my favourite athlete ever once UFC 101 happened. A masterpiece of a performance.
