The big UFC 148 press conference was today with Chael Sonnen and Anderson Silva getting on stage to talk up their main event, middleweight title rematch that takes place this Saturday from Las Vegas, Nevada. The presser ended with an intense staredown that saw an intense and pissed off Silva have to be held back by Dana White before White told Chael to go to prevent things from getting out of hand.

Here's the video:

The presser saw no shortage of memorable moments with Silva saying Chael's TRT exemption is "cheating" and claiming that it is only needed because Sonnen abused steroids in the past. Sonnen defended the exemption by saying that he has to take the testosterone replacement or he could die. Which...we'll ignore for our purposes right now.

Things are getting very intense and the build to Saturday night's mega-fight is in full swing now.
