Quick question for anyone who's done Rushfit..

Has it gotten appreciably easier for anyone over time? I've been doing this for months, yet my cardio still never seems to keep up with the program. Yeah, I admit I don't follow the program's 8 week guideline completely, but it's amazing how much my cardio refuses to improve.

I rarely ever jog, but whenever I do go through my jogging phases, I can easily go from not being able to jog 1 mile to jogging 5 miles within one month. I VERY rapidly notice my fitness improving with that kind of workout.

With Rushfit? I feel like my body's at the same place as it was 1 week after I started Rushfit. Not quite as badly as when I did the exercises for the first time (it was a huge accomplishment for me to be able to transfer from the navasana position directly into a Hindu pushup), but Jesus Christ, these little 15 lb. dumbbells kill me when I'm mixing both strength and conditioning together.
