Former UFC Light Heavyweight champ Quinton "Rampage" Jackson is committed to facing Glover Teixeira at UFC 153 in October. Unfortunately it looks like he's not committed to training for the fight yet. Mega-gossip site TMZ caught Rampage putting away the pizza during a recent night out at the Orange County Fair.

He's a world class athlete ... he trains every single day ... so Rampage Jackson decided to treat himself this weekend ... by chowing down like a fat kid at the Orange County Fair.
The former UFC heavyweight champ was seen carrying a block full of deep fried curly fries and a burger this weekend ... because he felt like it.
This would be of less concern if Rampage hadn't missed weight for his last UFC bout by 5lbs. UFC president Dana White had to personally ask Jackson to finish his current contract although Rampage was at least willing to face the fearsome, but virtually unknown Teixeira.
