Zombie Prophet and I are back with another installment of Your MMA of the Day for July 20, 2012. This is our attempt to aggregate the best, most informative, move edifying, most amusing and most horrifying UFC, Strikeforce, Bellator, One FC and other combat sports videos on YouTube into one handy dandy daily digest.
Today I had a special guest host Century Bob helping me introduce the videos. We were eating stevia and training with Dan Quinn and I just thought I'd give the kid his big YouTube break.
