This post will cover live results and thoughts for the Showtime main card.

The evening's main event is a Strikeforce middleweight championship bout with Luke Rockhold defending the title against Tim Kennedy. A welterweight title fight serves as the co-main event as Tyron Woodley and Nate Marquardt fight for the vacant belt. Rounding out the four fight main card is a striking showcase between Robbie Lawler and Lorenz Larkin as well as a battle between veteran Keith Jardine and Roger Gracie.

Make sure to come back during the event and share your thoughts as the event goes down.

Woodley with a knee in the clinch that lands to Marquardt's face. A few right hands by Marquardt. 10-9 Marquardt. Woodley never really recovered once hurt.

Round 2 - Leg kick early by Marquardt. Woodley doing some decent work in the striking but Marquardt is better on the feet. Marquardt is pumping the jab and mixing in low kicks. Marquardt is safe with the leg kicks here and then a big spinning back kick to the body and Woodley didn't look happy to have eaten that. Hard right by Marquardt and now he gets a trip takedown. Kennedy is using some leg kicks this round and circling a lot. Kennedy with a takedown and he has Rockhold's back. Rockhold is able to get to his feet. A few strikes before the end of the round for Rockhold. 10-9 Rockhold but I could see scoring that round for Kennedy.

Round 4 - More f the same early. Rockhold doing well on the feet, Kennedy not able to do much beyond leg kicks. Big shot by Rockhold hurts Kennedy and he is down. A few big follow-up shots by Rockhold and Kennedy is recovering, sitting up and looking to lock up a choke but instead gets back to his feet. 10-9 Rockhold.
