BJJ Advice Request

So I've hit one of those blue belt plateaus I've heard so much about. I don't feel like I'm advancing skill wise and I feel somewhat directionless when it comes to my training. I'm using the same move set I've used really since white belt and I've lost track of all efforts to add to it in the last month or so.

I'd like to improve my grip fighting. That is a weakness that was well and truly exposed yesterday when I went with one of our more technical guys, who beat me to every grip, every time. Also my guard passing and guard work always need polishing.

Quick over view of my skills. I have like to think I have a threatening guard, but it is not overly effective when going against people my own skill level. My top game is pretty strong and my core game is to open guard from my knees, pass with a knee slide, get side control, go north south and then work for a kimura or armbar. But I do move to mount or the back and I love armbars any way I can get them. That said I feel my guard passing and my chokes need work.

So I'm throwing it open to suggestions, how have you gotten past times like this? I feel like everyone has valuable input, so white belts don't feel left out I want to hear what you have to say also.
