The hype that Chael Sonnen can produce is amazing. If there is one thing that this man does better than any fighter on the planet, it is talking. Because of that, he could be immensely useful for Chris Weidman.

Here is what I am imagining. Chris takes up Chaels offer to train with him. In the build up to the fight with Anderson, Chael does everything in his power to turn Anderson into a heel. Bring up the short grabbing and greasing in their fight. Bring up the stuff Silva said about Maia. Bring up the shotgun incident. Every bit of dirt that makes Silva look like a villain. Simultaneously, portray Chris as the hard working underdog; as MW's conquering hero, coming to end the tyrannical reign of The Spider.

Bring on the schtick.
