A good friend of mine for several years, BestRafer7, is one of the biggest and best proponents of Asian MMA anywhere on the planet. He's put in more time uploading Asian fights and creating awesome video highlights than you can imagine. Shooto, DEEP, Pancrase, it's all there and all awesome.

And now he wants to make a fantasy league for it.

Over on the MMA Weekly forum, he's doing ACFL 65 - DEEP 58th Impact/ Legend FC 9/ Road FC 008 (6.15.2012).

The winner gets a MMA glove signed by Japanese MMA star, Tatsuya Kawajiri, a signed instructional booklet by Shooto legend Hiroyuki Abe, UFC Fighter Antonio "Pato" Carvalho and the Female MMA's Former P4P #1 Fighter, Megumi Fujii.. as well as a Shooto t-shirt.

The idea is that we enter a Grand Prix of sorts and pick the winners of several Asian MMA cards. I'm already signed up as "thapa".

The format of the Grand Prix will be determined upon the finalization of the number of contestants.

The first round of the GP will take place on June 15th and June 16th and is a combination of DEEP 58th Impact, Legend FC 9 and Road FC 8.

The second round of the GP will take place on June 23rd and will be the full OneFC 4 card.

The third round of the GP will take place on June 30th, the Shooto GIG Tokyo 10 and Pancrase Progress Tour 8 cards will be used.
