I was armed and ready for another Hashmo quality rant. I even took a percocet tonight so I am just ripped and raring to go... but alas, it wasn't necessary, 2 judges got it right. You don't win a fight for dancing like a monkey and absolutely running away. I thought what Carlos Condit did to Nick Diaz was annoying but this was another level. This was almost as bad as Kalib Starnes. What a garbage fight that was.

I am so happy Guida has been exposed for the terrible fighter he really is (or has become, or always was, does it matter?) He has been in so many "Fight of the Night" fights but they were not his performance, he was just the best supporting actor in an Oscar-worthy fight and got to piggyback over great fights time and time again. He was good at taking a shitkicking and making it look very exciting in the process. Finally we have justice, a crowd that started out chanting Guida for some unknown reason ended the fight booing and chanting Maynard.

Send Guida to the undercard until a hungry up-and-comer can KO him and use him as a stepping stone to fame.

Addendum: Clay Guida has won "Fight of the Night" 6 times. He has lost 5 of those fights. FYI.
