Join us at Bloody Elbow to discuss tonight's episode of MMA Uncensored Live, which airs on Spike at 11 p.m. ET/8 p.m. PT. Hosts Nate Quarry, Craig Carton and Mike Straka will discuss a wide range of MMA topics. Luke Thomas might be there too, but I have no idea at this point.

I haven't seen a preview of the show, so all I know is that UFC heavyweight Roy Nelson is going to be in-studio to talk to the hosts. Other than that, you're on your own. They're not really that good at sending out previews so people like me can promote the show a bit by letting you know what's going to happen on the show. But these things happen in MMA.

Either way, the hosts are great. All three of them are quality human beings, and none of them would take any offense at all to any criticism whatsoever. They definitely wouldn't get their friends to email the people writing these previews either. They're professionals after all.
