It had been assumed by many that ex-heavyweight slugger Joey Beltran would probably be returning to the UFC at some point, but this was probably even quicker than he expected. All Beltran had to do was cut some weight and win a fight. He tweeted about his return today, where he'll face James Te Huna at UFC on Fuel 4 on July 11th:

Beltran (14-7) had a 4-5 stint at heavyweight over two years in the organization, but two straight losses to Stipe Miocic and Lavar Johnson led to his release. He re-dedicated himself, dropped to light heavyweight, and defeated Anton Talamante by decision in late April to earn another chance.
Te Huna (14-5) was originally scheduled to face Brandon Vera on the card, but Vera was moved to the main event of UFC on Fox 4 against Mauricio Rua.
The bout is expected to take place on the main card, which will be headlined by a five-round middleweight fight between Mark Munoz and Chris Weidman.
